You can submit a request for assistance to our ticketing system at any time by emailing email@example.com or by calling (215) 571-4444 (x4444 from any Drexel phone). You can also create a ticket by clicking on the blue pop-out Service Request button and filling in your information.
When contacting us, please include the following information as it will make it easier to provide prompt service:
- the name and location of the computer or equipment you’re having issues with
- your name, email address, and other relevant contact information
- if it’s a login or access issue, your Drexel domain account (e.g. abc123) or COE domain account
- if you’re requesting card access, please include your numeric Drexel ID (e.g. 12345678) and the room you need access to
