To access another mailbox with Outlook 2011 for MAC, first verify that you have access to the account in question.

Once verified, you will need to open Outlook.

  1. Select Tools from the menu bar
  2. Click Accounts then click Advanced
  3. Select the Delegates tab
  4. Click the + under “People I am a delegate for”
  5. Type the email address in the blank and click Find
  6. Choose the appropriate mailbox and click ok.
  7. The mailbox will take a few seconds to populate on the left side of your Outlook Window
