To access another mailbox with Outlook 2011 for MAC, first verify that you have access to the account in question.
Once verified, you will need to open Outlook.
- Select Tools from the menu bar
- Click Accounts then click Advanced
- Select the Delegates tab
- Click the + under “People I am a delegate for”
- Type the email address in the blank and click Find
- Choose the appropriate mailbox and click ok.
- The mailbox will take a few seconds to populate on the left side of your Outlook Window
