Bentley Systems♯

Bentley Systems is an infrastructure engineering software company providing over 60 software packages for designing and testing infrastructure projects and solutions. Through their Education Portal, they provide our students access to full versions of almost all of their software products. A Bentley Connect account is required to use the software -- please read the instructions below to create your Bentley account.

Getting started with Bentley's Education Portal♯

  1. Visit the Bentley Education Portal and click on Login (in the upper right corner of the page). a. If you have already had an account with Bentley, please proceed with login by providing your e-mail and password.
  2. For first time visitors, click on Don't have an account? Register now.
  3. Provide your details on the Create Your Account page and hit Create Account.
  4. Once your account is created, return to the Bentley Education Portal homepage and login with your credentials.
  5. Update your Profile under the Dashboard section with the required fields. Please note that you need to be logged in and have an updated profile to access product downloads.
  6. If you're using the software in a computer lab, then you're all set -- your username and password should allow you to log into the Bentley Connect app. If you'd like to install Bentley software on your personal computer, then click on the Get Software section and choose the software you want to download.

Installing on Personal Computers♯

Once you have a Bentley Education account, you'll be able to log into the Bentley Education Portal to download software installers.

Research Use♯

Complimentary software provided under Bentley's Educational program can be utilized only for not-for-profit research. If your research project is commercially funded, you will need to obtain and use commercial licenses from Bentley.
