Submitting a helpdesk ticket♯
If you are an Engineering student, staff, faculty member, or researcher in need of computer assistance, you can get in touch with the COE CTS Helpdesk by any of the following methods:
- Submit a ticket via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Submit a service request online via Drexel's IT Service Request form
- Call us at 215.571.4444 (dial 4444 from any campus phone)
- Visit us in room 614 of the Bossone Engineering building at 3120 Market St.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. If you call our helpdesk number and no one answers, you may leave a voice message that will be delivered to our ticket queue.
