Submitting a helpdesk ticket

If you are an Engineering student, staff, faculty member, or researcher in need of computer assistance, you can get in touch with the COE CTS Helpdesk by any of the following methods:

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. If you call our helpdesk number and no one answers, you may leave a voice message that will be delivered to our ticket queue.
