Submitting a helpdesk ticket♯
If you are an Engineering student, staff, faculty member, or researcher in need of computer assistance, you can get in touch with the COE CTS Helpdesk by any of the following methods:
- Submit a ticket via email to coe.helpdesk@drexel.edu
- Submit a service request online via Drexel's IT Service Request form
Our core hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10AM to 4PM.
Phone Support♯
Our helpdesk phone number is 215.571.4444 (or x4444 from any campus phone). If you call our helpdesk number and no one is available, you will be prompted to leave a voicemail that will be sent to our ticketing system. It is faster for you to email us a ticket rather than leave a voicemail as the information we need to assist you is more readily available in text form.
In-person Visits♯
We're located in room 614 of the Bossone Enterprise Research Center at 3120 Market St. In order to reduce the number of simultaneous visitors to our office, we ask that you email to set up an appointment prior to coming to our office. We are limiting walk-ins to those with appointments, and may ask that you submit a ticket instead that we'll use to schedule a time for you to visit (or resolve the issue remotely).
