Fixing Office 365 using the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant

Microsoft has released a self-service tool for dealing with Office365 issues (as well as Teams and other Microsoft account-related issues). We have made it easily available via Software Center on any university-owned Windows PC. Look for the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant, and click Install to download, install, and run the program.

You can also download and install the program on any other computer as needed from Microsoft's site.
