CTS provides audio/visual support and consulting for conference rooms across the College of Engineering.

Hill Conference Room (LeBow 240)♯

The Hill Conference Room seats 45-50 people and features a 5000 lumen laser-source projector, an in-ceiling sound system, a Solstice Pod, podium PC, and microphone.

Laptops may be connected wirelessly to the Solstice Pod, or hardwired using HDMI, MiniDP, USB-C, or VGA connections.

To reserve the space, please submit a request on the College of Engineering website. Please note that for individuals and groups outside of the College of Engineering, there is a $200 charge for using Hill Conference Room.

Speitel Conference Room (LeBow 231)♯

The Speitel Conference Room features a large screen TV, a Solstice Pod, and a Meeting Owl 360° webcam. Laptops may be plugged in directly via HDMI, MiniDP, or VGA connections.
